Remember the last time you met a stranger? The moment he opened his mouth you knew whether he was educated, competent and successful--or just the opposite. The words he used and how well he used them tipped you off instantly.

Studies show that how far you advance in your career, how much money you earn, and even how successful you are socially are linked to your vocabulary. Knowing what words mean and how to use them correctly adds to your power and prestige. Moreover, when you know the meaning of a word, you never have to feel left out or stupid if someone else uses it in a conversation.

Now, you can build your vocabulary almost effortlessly by subscribing to the free VocabularyList.com email letter. Each week, or more often if you prefer, we'll email you a new word. In fifteen seconds you'll learn the word, what it means, how to say it, and how to use it. From then on, the word is yours: to understand, to use and to quietly impress others. With each word you learn, you'll build your own confidence and increase the confidence that others have in you.

Boost yourself along the path of success by typing your email address below. (We won't give, rent or sell your address to anyone else.) Then click the Subscribe button. That's all it takes to begin building a more powerful, educated vocabulary. Go for it!

Who Benefits from A Stronger Vocabulary?

Better than a Book!
It comes to you. You don't have to remember to find the book every day.
You never get overwhelmed. With one word at a time, you have plenty of chance to master it before you get the next one.
It costs less. Lots less because it's free!

It is good to learn much more English vocab.

However, we should not always try to use these new vocab. if we do not really understand it.

If members cannot comprehend the meanings of the introduction, I do not recommend members to study the even more challenging, formidable things themsleves because 未學行先學走是不行的.
